Taxonomy Table

This is based on a hypothetical barista training course I am creating. I was initially intending on having the class be blended, but I think with creativity it could be given completely online.

After completing the f2f observation and reviewing the YouTube video, the student will demonstrate how to properly pull an espresso shot (according to the rubric guidelines).

After conducting individual research using outside sources, the student will explain in a one-page report the differences between espresso course-ground and espresso finely-ground.
Synthesis

After completing this module’s required activities and readings, the student will combine all aspects of the perfect espresso shot to create a job aid/poster according to the rubric guidelines.
